Honey Herb Butter

Ingredients
1 lb. Salted Butter, at soft room temperature
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Tables Fresh Thyme Leaves
1/4 Teaspoon Fine-Grain Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Biscuits
No Stick Cooking Spray
Terracota Pots (that can be used for baking)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Grease each flower pot. 
  3. Cut and roll dough into smaller balls that fit in each pot (make sure pot is safe for baking). 
  4. Bake dough per instructions on packaging. 
  5. While the dough bakes, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use a hand mixer until you have a smooth and creamy consistency. 
  6. Transfer to a bowl or spoon onto parchment paper and roll into a log to store in the fridge.  
  7. Once your buscuit pots are ready, spread the butter on top & Enjoy!
